MOHAMED EZZAT ADEL: Joined AEDCO in 1997 as Consultant to the company. Graduated with a B.Sc. in civil engineering in 1950, he began his career as an officer in the Egyptian Army until 1954, after which he became Deputy Secretary General of the Petroleum Authority. Then Held the position of Deputy Secretary General of Suez Canal Authority until 1961, and as a member of the Board of Directors. He held the position of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Suez Canal Authority from 1984 to 1995
HASSAB EL NABI ASSAL: Joined AEDCO in 1994 as Consultant to the Oil & Gas department. Served as Deputy Chairman of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation for 10 years, then as First under Secretary of Ministry of Petroleum. After retirement, he became Senior Advisor to the Minister of Petroleum and Egypt Gas for over two years, and CEO of Damco Engineering Co.
AMR SOROUR: Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) and Board of Directors Member. Graduated in 1984 with a B.Sc. in electric power engineering from Ain Shams University, he joined AEDCO in 1986 and was assigned as Electricity Department Manager in 1994. Then He was promoted to General Manager in 1996.
Amr is member in the AMCHAM.
FATMA SEDKY: Vice Chairman for financial and administrative affairs and Board of Directors Member. Graduated from the American University in Cairo in 1971 with a B.A. in economics, followed by M.A. in 1973, she joined AEDCO in 1976 as an assistant to the General Manager
NABIL IBRAHIM: Vice Chairman, Board of Directors Member and Director of the Oil & Gas Department. Graduated with B.Sc. in Systems and Bio-Medical Engineering in 1982. Nabil is the Chairman& CEO of AEDCO Free Zone, Member of the Board of the Egyptian Economic Forum & Member of the Board of the Egyptian Food Bank.
HAMMAM MAHMOUD: Vice Chairman, Board of Directors Member and Director of the Transportation Department. Graduated with a B.Sc. in chemical engineering in 1978, he joined AEDCO in 1984 handling sales activities in the Industrial Department. He was promoted to Manager of the Transportation Department in 1996. Hammam is member of the CCFE.
KHALED MORSY: Vice Chairman, Board of Directors Member and Director of the Distribution and Industrial Department since 2003 Graduated with B.Sc. in Business Administration in 1983. He began his career as an accountant in the petroleum field and then with Sakhr Group working as a financial controller. Joined AEDCO in 1993 in the Financial and Administration Department. From 1999 to 2006 he has been acting as the CEO of Misr Japan Allied Co.
